This service is operated by I Am Not Suicidal Project ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). The Operator is not affiliated with any mental health organization, company, or government agency.

2. NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE

This platform is NOT:

  • A mental health service
  • A medical device
  • A crisis intervention tool
  • A therapy platform
  • A substitute for professional help

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ years of age.

4. ZERO LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Operator assumes ZERO liability for:

  • User declarations and their accuracy
  • Consequences of declarations or deletion
  • Mental health outcomes of any kind
  • Data breaches or service interruptions
  • Any other claims whatsoever

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using this service, you assume FULL responsibility for:

  • Your declarations and their content
  • Any consequences of your declarations
  • How you use this platform
  • Your mental health and wellbeing

6. NO ENDORSEMENT

The Operator does NOT verify, endorse, validate, or support any declaration. Declarations are archived as-is, without any guarantee of accuracy.

7. MODERATION & REMOVAL

We reserve the right to moderate, flag, or remove declarations that:

  • Violate laws (harassment, threats, illegal content)
  • Appear frivolous or satirical
  • Incite violence or illegal activity

Removal is at our sole discretion and final.

8. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect minimal data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do NOT sell, trade, or share personal data.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims arising from your use of this service.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use means acceptance of changes.
